Validation Cloud and DFINITY Foundation Partner to Support Enterprise-Grade Blockchain Analytics on ICP
Zug, Switzerland, April 2nd, 2025, Chainwire
- Validation Cloud is the first enterprise-grade analytics & ledger data provider on ICP, creating fast, reliable, and compliant access to the network
- Elliptic is the first enterprise user of Validation Cloud’s ICP API, enabling secure access to blockchain analytics information
Validation Cloud, a leader in Web3 infrastructure, has partnered with DFINITY Foundation, a Swiss not-for-profit organization of world-leading computer scientists and cryptographers, and a major contributor to the Internet Computer Protocol (ICP), to support enterprise-grade blockchain analytics infrastructure. Validation Cloud has now integrated ICP into its high-performance, enterprise-grade node platform, creating a frictionless connection to ICP for Web3 enterprises.
Development of Web3 applications and services on ICP is 100% on-chain, enabling fully decentralized applications to be built on top of its public network. Validation Cloud supports access to ICP Rosetta nodes, which allow communication to the ICP ledger and the NNS (Network Nervous System) governance canister. Rosetta nodes are typically leveraged by custody, analytics, and compliance enterprises interested in pulling data about ledgers and tokens, KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and preparing transactions.
Pierre Samaties, Chief Business Officer at DFINITY, said, “By leveraging Validation Cloud’s enterprise-grade infrastructure on the Internet Computer, developers and businesses can efficiently access on-chain data with added reliability, security, and compliance. We look forward to seeing how this partnership helps grow adoption and inspire new innovations across the ICP ecosystem.”
Validation Cloud is the first enterprise-grade ledger data provider on ICP, opening up a new realm of possibility for Web3 applications and services to be built on the network. Elliptic, a blockchain analytics and crypto compliance company, is the first enterprise user of Validation Cloud’s ICP API. Elliptic’s mission is to protect customers from financial crime in cryptoassets, which requires enterprise-grade, compliant, and secure access to blockchain analytics. Elliptic is using Validation Cloud’s platform to connect to ICP and run essential blockchain data analytics and compliance.
“Validation Cloud is proud to be the first enterprise-grade ledger data provider on ICP to create fast, reliable, and compliant access to ICP. We’re excited to see how Elliptic and other analytics and custody-focused organizations leverage enterprise-grade connectivity to ICP,” said Alex Nwaka, Chief Strategy Officer of Validation Cloud.
“Elliptic’s mission to protect customers from financial crime in cryptoassets is impossible without reliable and secure infrastructure. Enterprise-grade access to ICP via Validation Cloud enables Elliptic to offer faster and more effective blockchain analytics to our customers,” said Lukasz Kujawa, VP of Engineering at Elliptic.
Elliptic is the first of many use cases for enterprise-grade access to ICP. Validation Cloud and DFINITY plan to scale their partnership to make access to ICP and ICRC seamless for all Web3 applications and services wanting fast, reliable, and compliant blockchain analytics, custody, and compliance information.
