The second reason is that the majority of altcoins are created to make a quick buck. Most of these altcoins are created with the sole purpose of pumping and dumping. In other words, the people behind these coins are looking to make a quick profit by selling the coins at a higher price than what they purchased them for.
The third reason is that the majority of altcoins are extremely volatile and are therefore, very risky investments. The prices of these coins can rise and fall very quickly and you never know when they’re going to tank.
Finally, the majority of altcoins are highly illiquid, which means that you are unlikely to be able to sell your tokens at a good price. This means that if you invest in these coins, you are likely to lose a lot of money if the market turns bearish.
