Today we have some exciting news – Starbucks and Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey have joined the cryptocurrency revolution!
Starbucks has announced that they will allow customers to pay for their coffee using cryptocurrency. They will be partnering with Intercontinental Exchange’s Bakkt platform to make this happen, and it is expected to launch in the US later this year.
Meanwhile, Jack Dorsey has announced that he is investing in Lightning Labs, which is a company that is focused on developing the Lightning Network, a second-layer solution for Bitcoin.
However, there is also a warning for Google Chrome users. Google recently announced that they will be removing Chrome extensions that mine cryptocurrency from their web store. So, if you are using a Chrome extension to mine cryptocurrency, you should be aware of this change.
