3AC is a venture capital firm that has recently been accused of scamming new investors of $25 million. The firm was founded by former Goldman Sachs executive Su Zhu and raised $25 million from investors by offering them a share of the profits from their investments.
However, the firm never actually invested the funds and instead used the money to pay themselves and their partners.
The scam was discovered when investors began to question where their money had gone. 3AC has since been shut down and Zhu and his partners have been charged with fraud.
