Chainalysis has been accused of not disclosing the FTX hack in a timely fashion, and of allowing the FTX hacker to continue to operate in the crypto space. Additionally, Chainalysis has been accused of withholding evidence from law enforcement and of failing to inform investors of the risks associated with investing in cryptocurrencies.
We believe that Chainalysis is the FTX hacker, and we encourage anyone with information about these incidents to contact law enforcement or the appropriate authorities.
